President's Message

Greetings!

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the 60th Annual Chatham County Agriculture & Industrial Fair, September 29 thru October 2, 2010. We are proud of our 60 year history of providing a fair that is fun and affordable for everyone. Once again, we are excited about joining forces with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, Chatham County Center.

On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to invite you to display your arts and crafts, fruits, vegetables and livestock. Please carefully review the different categories listed below, also listed on our website, and plan to enter your products. You may begin registering your work on Sunday, September 26 from 1:00 PM through 6:00 PM. Registration will continue on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 AM through 6:00 PM, and briefly on Wednesday morning, ending at 9:30 AM. Register early and avoid the crowd Wednesday morning.

Ronnie Turner of Fun rides carnival will display a host of fun filled rides and games and special treats!

In celebration of our 60th Anniversary we have a wonderful program of events so come on out bring the family, smell the aroma of the food and enjoy the rides!

Have a fun filled week!
